3. How do i know if a product is in stock?
We hate to see you disappointed so we do our very best to ensure that our products are always in stock. If an item goes out of stock, we’ll make sure we tell you on the product page, so you don’t get a nasty surprise at the checkout!

Sure, you can only place orders over the phone with the assistance of our customer service.
5. What if i changed my mind after the order has been placed?

6. Can i completely cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before shipping or collection.
7. Will i recieve confirmation that my order has been successfully placed? 
Of course! We make sure to keep you fully informed throughout the ordering process. As soon as your order has been processed, we’ll send you an email confirming all the order details.
8. Why do you need my details when i make an order?
We value the Customer’s privacy, and we’ll never ask for any information from you unless it is essential. The information we take from you during the registration and purchase process ensures that we can deliver your order to you quickly, efficiently, and accurately. Payment Methods

1. What are my payment methods when i place an order online?

We want to make ordering and paying for your purchases as quick and easy as possible. We accept Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple pay, or you can choose to pay “Cash on delivery”.
2. Can i pay using credit card that was not issued in KSA?
You most certainly can! You can pay using any valid credit card, regardless of where it was issued.
3. Can i change my card details after the order has been placed?
Unfortunately, not. Once you’ve placed an order, you cannot change the card details or the payment option.

 

Delivery & Shipping costs

Delivery time is 2 to 4 working days.
If your total order equals or exceeds SAR 200, delivery will be free of charge. If your total order is less than SAR 200, there will be a delivery charge of SAR 15.
1. Can I get a cost estimate for the installation service prior to ordering?
Yes, you can, simply by adding Installation during checkout, and the customer service will contact you.
2. What is your pricing policy?
All prices on the website are the official prices on the market since we are the official distributor of the displayed brands.
3. Do you provide warranty?
All electronic items come with a standard 2-year warranty.
4. What countries do you deliver to?
We do have international shipping, please feel free to ask our customer service for the charges.
5. Can i get my order delivered to my office?
You most certainly can! We can deliver to any address of your choice, as long as it’s within Saudi Arabia.
6. Can i choose what time my order arrives? 
You sure can! Once our delivery partner gets in touch with you to arrange your delivery, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery time. 
 

Repairs & replacements

1. If my product is damaged, will you arrange for it to be repaired?
All products that are within the warranty period will be repaired according to the T&Cs. If your product is out of warranty, we will be happy to arrange for it to be repaired, however a fee will be applicable.
2. My product has arrived damaged – can i get a replacement?
We take extra care to ensure that your product reaches you in the best possible condition, so if it doesn’t, we need to know about it. If your item is damaged when it arrives, please let us know within 24hours of receiving it by contacting our customer services team via phone or email.

5. What is the minimum and maximum purchase?
There is no minimum or maximum order value for online orders, but the available quantity is specified in the quantity list on the product page.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is now available on some orders with maximum order amount limit of SR5000.
