These terms and conditions apply to your use of [www.homeoftomorrow.com.sa] which is owned and operated by Ayan Horizon Company. These terms apply whether you are accessing this website through a computer system, via a mobile device or by using any app that is provided by Ayan Horizon.
These terms set out the relationship between Home of Tomorrow and you and the terms on which Home of Tomorrow provides the website, the terms on which products are sold via the Website and general terms applicable to your use of the website and purchase of products. You may not use this website, and you may not proceed to purchase a product on this Website if you do not agree to these terms.
These terms are effective from 1^st of September 2023; Home of Tomorrow may change these Terms at any time by posting an updated version of the terms on this website. Home of Tomorrow encourages you to check this website regularly for any amendments to the terms and to read the terms each time you purchase a product on this website. Your continued use of this website will constitute your express consent to these terms.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.

Your Profile

You will need to register with Home of Tomorrow to purchase products using the website. You may register an account with this website or purchase products only if your membership has not previously been withdrawn or suspended by Home of Tomorrow.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorized access to your profile. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please take all necessary steps to ensure that the username and password is kept confidential and secure. Please inform Home of Tomorrow immediately if you have any reason to believe that your username and/or password has become known to anyone else, or are being, or are likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.
By entering the information, you warrant that the details you provide to Home of Tomorrow are correct and complete and you agree that you will inform Home of Tomorrow immediately of any changes to those details (e.g., change of email or postal address). You can access and update your details using the “My Account” area of the website.
You will not be charged by Home of Tomorrow for registering an account, browsing through or posting content. You will however be responsible for paying the price of the products you purchase (including any tax on the purchase price and any import/export duties) and delivery costs.
Home of Tomorrow reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove, or edit content, or cancel orders at Home of Tomorrow discretion. If Home of Tomorrow cancels an order, it will be without charge to you.

Products

Home of Tomorrow has made every effort to display the colors, specifications, and dimensions of products on the website as accurately as possible. The colors you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor
Home of Tomorrow cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will reflect accurately the color of the product delivered. Home of Tomorrow may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of products displayed on the website without prior notice.

Orders and Payments

When you place an order for products, Home of Tomorrow collects certain personal and transactional information (e.g., name, address, email address). For details on how Home of Tomorrow uses this information, please read Home of Tomorrow’s Privacy Policy.
You may pay for the products which you order online by supplying your credit/debit card details on the secure online order form or by paying cash on delivery. home of tomorrow regrets that it cannot accept cheques, paper gift vouchers or similar modes of payment on website.
When you place your order, home of tomorrow’s system automatically asks your card issuer for authorization for the transaction amount. If home of tomorrow gets a valid authorization, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from Home of Tomorrow receipt of your credit card details, and debit of payments does not constitute Home of Tomorrow’s acceptance of your order.
Home of tomorrow accepts orders for Products subject to availability. If for any reason the Products you ordered are no longer available, home of tomorrow will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either: offer you an alternative Product of equivalent quality and price if this is possible; or
- Cancel the product from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that product.
- If Home of Tomorrow is unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, Home of Tomorrow will process any remaining Products on your order and refund you for the products home of tomorrow was unable to supply.
Products are invoiced in SAR at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Although home of tomorrow tries to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If home of tomorrow discovers an error in the price of Products you have ordered, home of tomorrow will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If home of tomorrow is unable to contact you, home of tomorrow will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced Product as cancelled.
If you order products, you agree to pay the full amount payable for such Products as indicated during the order process, along with any shipping costs or other charges applicable to that order. If the issuer of your credit or debit card refuses to authorize payment, home of tomorrow will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment. home of tomorrow cannot be held responsible if this results in a delay in dispatching your order.
It is your responsibility to keep track of the status of your order.
Please note that home of tomorrow cannot guarantee the security of data that you send to home of tomorrow by email. Accordingly, please do not send home of tomorrow payment information using email.
Unless home of tomorrow acts either fraudulently or negligently, home of tomorrow will not be liable to you for any losses caused because of unauthorized access to the personal and transactional information you provide to home of tomorrow when placing an order.
If you are under 18, you acknowledge and warrant that you have permission from your parent or guardian to use this Website and purchase any Products.

Delivery

Deliveries are made between Sunday and Thursday and will be undertaken by a third party appointed by Home of Tomorrow for and on behalf of Home of tomorrow. Home of Tomorrow makes every effort to dispatch products on time. If the ordered products are not delivered within the time home of tomorrow specified in the confirmation email, please contact Home of Tomorrow’s Customer Services quoting the order reference contained in your order confirmation email.
Delivery occurs when the ordered Products are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order, at this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of products purchased passes to you when payment is received by home of tomorrow in full. You will be asked to sign for acceptance of the Products which will note that the products are correct and have been received in good condition.
If you are not at the delivery address, Home of Tomorrow will assume that any adults that are present at the delivery address are authorized by you to take delivery of the products that you have ordered. If the above criteria are not met or if there is no one at the delivery address, home of tomorrow will not leave the products at the delivery address. Home Tomorrow will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
Please note that the delivery people will only deliver the products to your front door.

Home of Tomorrow will not be responsible to you or any third party for any business loss (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data or goodwill) or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from Home of Tomorrow’s actions or the actions of Home of Tomorrow’s sub-contractors or agents, is consequential or was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and Home of Tomorrow when the contract was formed.
Without limiting the generality of the above, you acknowledge and agree that, to the extent permitted by law, neither Home of Tomorrow, nor Home of Tomorrow’s suppliers nor any of Home of Tomorrow’s employees, agents or contractors will be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss, or claim suffered either directly or indirectly by any person:
